Cancellation Policy

Every client is valued, and it's understood that life happens — unexpected things come up and schedules change. With that said, there is a cancellation policy in place that all clients are asked to honor.


Out of respect for time and the clients on the waitlist, at least 24 hours' notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This gives the opportunity to fill that spot and keep things running smoothly for everyone.


Any cancellations or rescheduling made within that 24-hour window will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. The same applies to no-show appointments — missed appointments without notice will also result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.


These policies are never meant to feel personal, because they truly aren't. They are simply what allow the doors to stay open and the work to continue. This business is a livelihood, and the clients who respect and support that are deeply appreciated. It means everything.

Fri & Sat: 9 AM – 5 PM
