I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a salon community where people truly matter. As a salon manager, caring for others is at the heart of what I do. I want every client who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for—not just as a guest, but as a person.

For me, being a manager is about more than leading a team. It’s about being there for people, listening, encouraging, and helping create an environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves. Building relationships and making people feel good is what makes this work so rewarding for me.
